Return and Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Returns and Return Costs

To request a return, please contact our customer service team via email at contact@mamtom.shop. After receiving your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

There is no restocking fee for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund of the full amount you paid (including the original shipping fees) will be processed and returned to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If the product does not meet our return requirements, we will contact you to discuss your options, which may include returning the item to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the product and follow the instructions in our response email. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges or replacements if the item is defective or damaged.
